Black Friday has arrived, and while the £99 deal on the Galaxy Tab A11 may have expired, there are still significant savings to be had on this new tablet. The deal was a hit, offering a £50 discount on Samsung’s latest budget-friendly tablet, which I recently gave a glowing 9/10 review. Although the deal ended earlier than expected, I’ve uncovered a few options for you to consider.
It’s no surprise that deal was very popular, saving £50 (or 33%) on Samsung’s latest budget tablet, which I just awarded 9/10 in my review.
It ended on 18 November, way ahead of Black Friday itself, but I have found a couple of options for you.
What’s the deal?
The Galaxy Tab A11 starts at £149, but in the deal I’ve found you can get the more expensive model for less than this.
It seems like a mistake but the higher spec model of the A11, which gets you double the amount of memory and storage at 8GB and 128GB (potentially crucial to some) can be found for just £139.
The tablet normally costs £189, so this saves you £50. It’s available at Argos and John Lewis – in both colours at the former.

Why buy it?
As mentioned, the Galaxy Tab A11 got a glowing review and our Editor’s Choice award.
The Galaxy Tab A9 was one of our favourite budget tablets of the last few years and the Tab A11 (Samsung skipped the Tab A10 model number) is more of the same.
Sure, there are downsides to the tablet, but nothing that isn’t understandable or expected at this price, let alone the deal getting you it for even cheaper.
The design is the same and most of the specs are as well but you get a stylish slate that’s highly portable at just 8mm and a little over 300g. I can even fit it in some trouser pockets.
The display is compact at 8.7-inch but big enough to make viewing content easier than your phone. Battery life is good and you get Samsung’s popular One UI interface and you get a whopping 7 years of software support, which is essentially unheard of for a device so cheap.
Don’t expect lightning performance, the best cameras or the latest wireless tech, but this is a very cheap tablet and is suitable for a wide range of situations.
