Malaysia is gearing up to unveil its National Cloud Computing Policy (NCCP) on August 13 at the Asean AI Malaysia Summit 2025 (AAIMS25). The NCCP aims to enhance the country’s cloud infrastructure, bolster data governance, and accelerate cloud adoption across public and private sectors. Digital Ministry secretary-general Fabian Bigar highlighted that the policy launch will be officiated by Digital Minister Gobind Singh Deo, signaling Malaysia’s commitment to advancing AI and digital technology initiatives.
