The Madison Air Company Nortek Data Center Cooling (Nortek DCC) has introduced its Skidded Coolant Distribution Unit (CDU), a state-of-the-art liquid cooling system tailored for hyperscalers, high-density AI, and HPC applications. This innovative skidding CDU aims to exceed 5 megawatts, delivering precise cooling, reducing total cost of ownership, accelerating deployment timelines, and minimizing on-site staff requirements.

Hyperscalers and data center operators are seeking scalable solutions that seamlessly integrate with rapid deployment capabilities to support the increasing power density driven by AI workloads. Nortek’s skidding CDUs cater to these demands, offering a specialized, easily maintainable, and flexible platform that enables operators to enhance efficiency, reduce on-site labor, and adapt to evolving cooling requirements.

With a capacity ranging from 1 MW to over 5 MW, expandable up to 10 MW through interconnected modules, the skidding CDUs offer simplified deployment, personalized configurations, excellent serviceability, integrated redundancy options, energy efficiency features, group control functionality, and expert engineering design. Nortek DCC’s C-Force team collaborates closely with hyperscalers and operators throughout the product lifecycle, providing deep domain expertise, innovative solutions, and ongoing support for ambitious data center designs.
