Kristen Pressner has recently been named as the Chief People Officer at Nokia, a role that she will assume starting May 1, 2026. Previous Experience at Roche Diagnostics and Texas Instruments

Prior to joining Nokia, Pressner served as the Global Head of People & Culture at Roche Diagnostics within the Roche Holding Group. Pressner also held various HR leadership roles at Texas Instruments, focusing on driving capacity and cultural transformation in the fast-paced technology industry.
