There’s a caveat to accessing YouTube Recap. If you have disabled watch history tracking, the feature won’t have data to analyze, resulting in no Recap for you. For users who have allowed YouTube to track their viewing habits, the Recap feature is currently rolling out to North American users and will be available globally soon.
