Peak XV Partners with Indian Startup C2i to Overcome Power Limits in AI Data Centers

Power efficiency is now the key factor in AI data center scalability, surpassing computational power. Peak XV Partners has recently invested in C2i Semiconductors, an Indian startup specializing in innovative power solutions that aim to reduce energy wastage and enhance the economics of large-scale AI infrastructure.

C2i Semiconductors, also known as “control conversion and intelligence,” has successfully secured $15 million in Series A funding, led by Peak XV Partners. This recent investment, with contributions from Yali Deeptech and TDK Ventures, brings the startup’s total funding to $19 million.
