Introducing indiGOtech (GO) and Their Latest Funding Round
Recently, a new mobility tech company based in Woburn, MA, known as indiGOtech (GO), successfully closed a Series BB funding round, raising a total of $54 million.
Noteworthy investors in this funding round include FedEx (NYSE: FDX), Foxconn (2354.TW), and FM Capital.
Under the leadership of CEO Will Graylin, GO is making significant strides in the development of new SmartWheels™ powered electric vehicles (EVs) and autonomous vehicles (AVs). Additionally, GO is set to introduce a unique service called GO Loop, which will provide hubs for maintaining, charging, and repairing EVs, offering drivers a chance to earn a fair income with flexible working hours.
One of the key offerings from GO is the DASH, a light smart EV designed for fleets and mobility companies. With the ability to seat four individuals and accommodate packages with its spacious 90 cubic feet interior, the DASH boasts a range of 110 miles and comes at a price of around $20,000 after tax credits. Pre-orders for the DASH are now open, with deliveries expected in Q4 of 2025.
Another innovative product from GO is the FLOW, which is equipped with GO SmartWheels™ – an integrated smart suspension and propulsion system in each wheel. The FLOW provides a luxurious driving experience with 185 cubic feet of space, a range of over 200 miles, and a flat floor for easy access for passengers, packages, and wheelchairs. This vehicle is fully drive-by-wire capable and features a center drive cockpit for seamless transitions between human drivers and autonomous driving systems (ADS) preferred by multinational corporations.
GO recently made headlines with its acquisition of Clevon, a provider of unmanned delivery vehicles with teleoperations and ADS capabilities. This strategic move aims to accelerate the development of the SmartWheels platform and integrate it modularly with regional ADS providers to cater to local multinational corporations.
The recent funding secured by GO will enable the company to kickstart its GO Loop services, introduce the DASH to the market, and set the stage for a Series C funding round by the end of the year to launch the FLOW.
