Spark Biomedical Raises $15M in Series A Funding for Wearable Neurostimulation Technology

Spark Biomedical, a health tech company based in Dallas, TX, has secured $15 million in Series A funding for its innovative wearable neurostimulation technology.

Leading the funding round are WAVE Ventures and Pathway to Cures, showing strong support for Spark Biomedical’s mission.

The company plans to utilize the investment to expedite the development of its bioelectronic treatments, focusing on key areas such as neurological health, hemostasis, and women’s health.

Headed by CEO Daniel Powell, Spark Biomedical specializes in medical devices for bioelectronic medicine. Their wearable neurostimulation treatments cater to various fields including behavioral health, women’s health, hemostasis, pediatrics, and chronic pain. By harnessing their expertise, they aim to provide healthcare providers and researchers with advanced tools to address complex care scenarios that traditional treatments cannot adequately handle.
