Colt Data Centre Services Welcomes Xavier Matagne as Chief Real Estate Officer
Colt Data Centre Services has recently announced the appointment of Xavier Matagne as their new Chief Real Estate Officer. In his new role, Matagne will be leading Colt DCS’ Development, Engineering, and Construction teams.
Xavier Matagne brings with him a wealth of experience, having spent over 17 years in the data centre industry. Throughout his career, he has held global leadership positions and has a proven track record in strategic development and overseeing large-scale infrastructure projects across Europe and Africa. Most recently, Matagne served as the Chief Development Officer at Africa Data Centres, where he spearheaded expansion strategies in multiple markets.
With an extensive background working in over 15 countries, including France, the UK, the Netherlands, Italy, Sweden, Poland, and South Africa, Matagne is known for his ability to simplify complex projects and bring innovative solutions to rapidly growing environments.
