One of the leading providers of fund and corporate services to the alternative investments industry, Aztec Group, has recently finalized a strategic partnership with global growth investor Warburg Pincus, after obtaining necessary regulatory approvals.

This collaboration sees Warburg Pincus becoming a minority shareholder and a significant client of Aztec Group. The partnership aims to facilitate Aztec’s expansion into burgeoning global markets, with a particular focus on the United States, where the company experienced substantial growth in 2024.

Founded in 2001 and under the leadership of CEO Kathryn Purves, Aztec Group is an independent provider of fund and corporate services, with a workforce of over 2,000 employees spread across the UK, U.S., Luxembourg, Ireland, and the Channel Islands. As a privately-owned entity, the Group specializes in alternative investments, managing assets worth more than $600 billion, overseeing 450 funds and 4,500 entities for diverse clients across major asset classes such as private equity, venture capital, private debt, real estate, and infrastructure.
