With over 20 years of global experience in go-to-market strategies, Paladin joins Equinix to drive the company’s mission of providing digital infrastructure and interconnected ecosystems to empower customers in delivering innovative solutions.
Paladin’s Role at Equinix
As CCRO, Shane Paladin will be responsible for overseeing Equinix’s entire go-to-market strategy, focusing on revenue operations, customer experience, marketing, and sales. He will also lead channel alliances and key account connections, leveraging data, analytics, and AI to optimize revenue-generating operations. Reporting directly to Adaire Fox-Martin, President and CEO of Equinix, Paladin aims to enhance customer relationships and deliver seamless digital experiences.
Paladin’s Background and Experience
Prior to joining Equinix, Shane Paladin held various leadership roles at SAP, where he spearheaded transformation initiatives and streamlined customer experiences. With a master’s degree in Strategy and Innovation from the University of Oxford, Paladin also served in the United States Army before transitioning to executive positions at companies like Siteimprove, Ayasdi, and FocusFrame. His diverse background and expertise make him a valuable addition to Equinix’s leadership team.
