A tech startup in the Seattle area is relocating to a larger headquarters, anticipating significant growth following a recent funding round. The company, Statsig, specializes in software testing and product experimentation tools, and is expanding its office space to accommodate up to 500 employees. Despite the trend towards remote work, Statsig maintains a policy of requiring employees to work in the office five days a week.

Statsig, a software company based in Bellevue, is in the process of moving to a new headquarters that can house over 450 employees, a significant increase from its humble beginnings in 2021. The company’s unique approach of having employees work in the office full-time sets it apart from other startups embracing hybrid or remote work models.

The new office, located at 3106 160th Ave. SE, boasts upgraded amenities such as a gym, showers, wellness room, outdoor seating, and even a film studio. The spacious atrium is designed to accommodate Statsig’s daily all-hands meetings and foster a collaborative work environment.

CEO Vijaye Raji emphasizes the importance of the office space in shaping the company’s culture, highlighting the open floor plan as conducive to a high-energy and collaborative atmosphere. Statsig’s commitment to maintaining a physical office aligns with its vision for fostering innovation and teamwork among its employees.

Despite the shift towards remote work in the tech industry, Statsig’s decision to require employees to work in the office reflects its dedication to building a strong and cohesive team. The company’s new headquarters, strategically located on the Interstate 90 corridor, aims to minimize disruptions to employee commuting patterns while accommodating its growing workforce.

As Statsig continues to expand its team, with plans to reach 200 employees by the end of the year, the company remains focused on driving innovation and growth in the software development space. Ranked #5 on the GeekWire 200 index, Statsig’s recent $100 million Series C funding round underscores its commitment to scaling its operations and product offerings.

With a strong financial backing and a clear growth trajectory, Statsig is poised to make a significant impact in the tech industry, setting itself apart as a leader in software development and product experimentation tools. The company’s move to a larger headquarters signifies a new chapter in its growth story, solidifying its position as a key player in the Pacific Northwest startup ecosystem.
