On the second day of the conference, attendees had the opportunity to participate in Breakout Session C – Option 5, focusing on Data Center Leadership Strategies. During the session, participants explored various topics, including deal structures, available capital for deals, valuation trends, and the future of consolidation and M&A in the data center sector. The impact of ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) and green initiatives on data center investments and financing was also a key point of discussion, highlighting the importance of sustainability in strategic decision-making.
