Inbrain Neuroelectronics Receives €4M Grant to Advance Brain-Computer Interface Technology

Inbrain Neuroelectronics has recently been awarded a €4M grant by the Spanish Ministry of Industry and Tourism under the PERTE Chip initiative. This funding will be used to expedite the progress of their brain-computer interface technology, which merges intelligent computing with graphene-based materials to interpret and regulate real-time brain activity for therapeutic purposes.
The company, led by CEO Carolina Aguilar, specializes in real-time precision neurology through their graphene-based brain-computer interface therapeutics (BCI-Tx) platform. Their innovative technology combines neural decoding and micrometric modulation to provide personalized, adaptive treatments for various conditions such as Parkinson’s disease, epilepsy, and stroke rehabilitation. Through continuous monitoring and adjustment of therapies in real-time, their AI-powered platform enhances treatment outcomes while minimizing side effects.
