The partnership between Deepx, an AI semiconductor manufacturer, and DeGirum aims to revolutionize the edge AI landscape by offering high-performance, scalable solutions. By integrating Deepx’s AI accelerators with DeGirum’s software tools, a developer-friendly ecosystem for edge AI deployment is created, targeting key industries such as surveillance, robotics, defense, and industrial automation.

Users can now deploy AI applications without being tied to proprietary platforms, with a year of complimentary premium support for Deepx users. Developers also have the capability to remotely benchmark AI models on Deepx hardware through DeGirum’s AI Hub and Cloud Compiler. The joint reference platform, featuring Deepx chips and DeGirum software, is set to launch in Q4 2025, simplifying edge AI adoption and broadening the reach of advanced AI technologies globally.
In addition to this partnership, Deepx recently collaborated with Wind River to develop a hardware and software solution tailored for next-generation edge AI applications in mission-critical industries.
