HPE Introduces Three Blades for GX5000 Series

Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) has unveiled three new blades for its GX5000 series, offering tailored solutions for various computing requirements. Let’s take a closer look at each of these innovative options.

    GX440n Accelerated Blade

The GX440n Accelerated Blade is designed for mixed-precision computing and features four Nvidia Vera CPUs and eight Nvidia Rubin GPUs. Customers can configure up to 24 of these blades per compute rack, providing a whopping 192 Rubin GPUs per rack. The Vera Rubin is set to be available for shipping by the end of next year.

    GX350a Accelerated Blade

For those seeking a universal compute engine, the GX350a Accelerated Blade is the perfect choice. This blade comes equipped with AMD CPUs and GPUs, including one next-generation “Venice” CPU and four AMD Instinct MI430X GPUs. With the ability to configure up to 28 blades per compute rack, users can enjoy up to 112 AMD MI430X GPUs in a single rack.

    GX250 Compute Blade

Lastly, the GX250 Compute Blade is ideal for customers focusing on CPU-only partitions for double-precision workloads. With eight next-generation Venice CPUs per rack, users can achieve unparalleled x86 CPU core density by configuring up to 40 of these blades in a single compute rack.

These three blades from HPE offer cutting-edge solutions for a wide range of computing needs, providing customers with the performance and flexibility they require in today’s rapidly evolving technological landscape.
