His responsibilities include working closely with internal teams and external partners to identify and address operational risks, ensure compliance with policies and regulations, and optimize resource allocation. His role is essential in maintaining hi-tequity’s reputation for consistency and efficiency in delivering solutions to its customers.

Prior to his current role, Kolb held senior operations positions in the aerospace and defense, data center, and energy sectors. His experience includes a focus on engineer-to-order manufacturing, supply chain optimization, and capacity planning at respected companies such as Collins Aerospace, Tidal Time Solutions, and GE. Kolb obtained a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the United States Naval Academy.
