Mentaily Secures $3M in Seed Funding for AI-Powered Mental Health Tools
Mentaily, a Ramat Gan, Israel-based company specializing in AI-driven solutions for mental health assessment and diagnosis, has successfully closed a $3 million seed funding round. The investment was led by a consortium of US and Israeli family offices, along with backing from impact funds like The Rashi Foundation and Sheatufim, as well as key angel investors in the digital health space.
The funding will be utilized to further develop and expand Mentaily’s innovative mental health tools, with a focus on both local growth and international market penetration. Founded in 2024 by a team led by CEO Iris Shtein and serial entrepreneur Guy Yachin, Mentaily is committed to addressing the increasing mental health challenges faced during times of crisis and trauma.
One of Mentaily’s flagship products, LIV, leverages AI technology to simulate psychiatric intake sessions, accurately diagnosing psychological distress and mental disorders. This cutting-edge platform supports multilingual, natural-language conversations via voice or text, offering a personalized and scalable approach to mental health triage. Collaborating with industry leaders like Microsoft and KPMG, Mentaily’s technology has already made significant strides in the mental health sector, with plans for further customization to cater to diverse populations including children, adolescents, and women.
