The facility will initially cover a 2,500 m² area and provide 6 MVA of power, supporting the growing demand for data processing capabilities in the region. By prioritizing sustainability, NorthC plans to power the center with 100% renewable energy sources, including green diesel for backup systems. Additionally, the design incorporates waste heat recovery technology to contribute to residential heating needs.
