Performance Equity Management Closes $383M Co-Investment Fund
Performance Equity Management, a private equity investment firm based in Greenwich, CT, has recently announced the successful final close of its fifth co-investment fund, Performance Direct Investments V (PDI V), reaching a total of $383 million in capital.
The investors in this fund include a diverse range of institutions such as public and corporate pension plans, university endowments, private foundations, insurance companies, family offices, and individual investors.
PDI V aims to offer investors the opportunity to participate in a varied portfolio of direct co-investments, focusing primarily on small and middle-market buyouts and growth equity opportunities. This fund continues PEM’s strategy of collaborating with private market managers, leveraging their expertise in selecting investments and executing transactions effectively to build a resilient portfolio across various sectors like IT, financial services, consumer and business services, and industrials.
Most of the investments from PDI V will be directed towards companies based in North America and Europe.
