Duos Edge AI, in conjunction with Hereford ISD, deployed another modular edge data center (EDC) located in Hereford, Texas to bring digital infrastructure to rural communities.
The EDC supports real-time computing for education technology, cloud-based learning, and local business applications.
“Each deployment strengthens our ability to scale a repeatable, capital-efficient edge infrastructure platform,” states Doug Recker, the president of Duos and the founder of Duos Edge AI. “Our patented, SOC 2 Type II–audited EDCs are purpose-built to meet real customer demand for secure, low-latency computing while supporting long-term revenue growth and disciplined execution across our targeted markets.”
The patented ENTRYWAY design ensures a quick time to market and sustainable operation, even in locations with limited power, cooling capacity, or water resources. This deployment introduces AI-enabled applications, fosters digital equity, and enhances workforce readiness in the Hereford community.
Duos Edge AI’s vision of expanding edge computing infrastructure in under-served markets aligns with their goal of promoting sustainable growth and recurring revenue streams.
Partnering with Hereford ISD, the collaboration aims to bridge the digital divide by providing educators and students with powerful tools and connectivity.
Recently, Duos Edge AI unveiled a new edge data center in Abilene, Texas in partnership with Region 14 Education Service Center.
