According to Ketan Shah, vice president of products at Nutanix, the shift towards this new solution is driven by dissatisfaction with existing virtualization solutions and high costs. Customers are now seeking alternatives and looking for hypervisor options like Nutanix AHV, which is supported by Pure Storage. This collaboration allows customers to transition seamlessly.
Enterprises are also focusing on simplifying their IT infrastructure and streamlining deployments. Brandon Jackson, a solution architect team lead for Nutanix at CDW, highlights the importance of reducing complexity and ensuring compatibility to meet the evolving needs of businesses.
