TeamOhana Raises $7.5M in Seed Funding for Headcount Management Software
TeamOhana, a company based in San Francisco, CA, has secured $7.5M in Seed funding for its innovative headcount management and compensation planning software. This platform brings together Finance, HR, and Talent teams to streamline processes and drive better business performance.
The funding round was led by Lerer Hippeau and Collide Capital, with additional participation from Sierra Ventures and Recall Capital. With this investment, TeamOhana plans to scale its Agentic AI technology and introduce new products, such as recruiter and sales capacity planning tools, as well as a solution for managing reorganizations effectively.
CEO Tushar Makhija leads TeamOhana in providing an AI-powered platform that enables companies to forecast accurately, control costs, and scale with precision. By integrating HRIS, ATS, and finance tools into a single platform with enterprise-grade security features, TeamOhana helps organizations manage their workforce efficiently.
Currently, TeamOhana manages over $6B in workforce spend across more than 30,000 employees. This Seed funding round follows a successful $4M pre-seed round in October 2022, bringing the total funding raised by the company to over $11.5M.
