Revolutionizing AI with Generative AI Platform
Under the leadership of CEO Tyler Saltsman and COO Colton Malkerson, EdgeRunner AI offers a cutting-edge Generative AI platform. This platform delivers occupation and mission-specific AI agents that operate air-gapped on-device. Designed primarily for the warfighter, this technology provides defense and enterprise users with a personalized assistant powered by AI agents that can function without internet connectivity.
The platform leverages multiple open-source Large Language Models (LLMs) optimized for local on-device operation, such as AI PCs or edge computing devices. Users can access various features including chat, Q&A, summarization, language translation, transcription, code generation, multi-document RAG, text-to-speech, speech-to-text, and integrations with tools like Microsoft Outlook, Google Workspace, and Slack. Occupation-specific adapters cater to different military roles, enhancing the accuracy and relevance of responses.
Running locally on-device ensures energy efficiency, effectiveness, and enhances data privacy, security, and reliability in environments with limited connectivity.
Strategic Partnerships for Innovation
EdgeRunner AI has entered into a Cooperative Research and Development Agreement (CRADA) with the U.S. Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL) to advance on-device AI technology for the warfighter. This collaboration aims to develop AI agents tailored for the Air Force, focusing on specific occupational specialties.
Recently, the company was designated as an “Awardable” vendor for the Department of Defense (DoD) Chief Digital and Artificial Intelligence Office’s Tradewinds Solutions Marketplace. EdgeRunner AI’s platform is now available on the marketplace to support critical missions within the DoD.
With its innovative approach to AI technology, EdgeRunner AI continues to make significant strides in enhancing on-device AI capabilities for military and enterprise applications.
