Despite initial doubts from fans of the original series, The Celebrity Traitors has been a hit in the UK. Although the celebrity edition has concluded, fans can look forward to the upcoming series 4 of the main show.

When might we see The Traitors series 4?
Filming for series 4 occurred in June 2025, around the same time as the previous year. Considering this timeline, we anticipate The Traitors to return in early January 2026. While an exact release date is uncertain, the show typically premieres on Wednesdays, Thursdays, or Fridays. With New Year’s Day falling on a Thursday in 2026, it’s likely that The Traitors series 4 will kick off on Thursday, 1 January 2026.
Alternatively, the BBC might delay the release slightly after the recent conclusion of The Celebrity Traitors to give fans a breather.
