Scheduled for release on November 4, the major addition this time around will be Theme Packs. The initial Pixel Theme is said to be a collaboration with the upcoming movie Wicked: For Good, premiering on the same day.
These Pixel Themes will offer custom wallpapers along with themed icons, sounds, and GIFs.

Aside from Theme Packs, the November Pixel Drop will also introduce Pixel Studio Animations. This feature will enable users to create AI video clips and animated stickers from regular photos using the Pixel Studio app.
Speculation suggests that this functionality may be powered by Google’s latest Veo 3.1 technology.
Lastly, Google is expected to include Pixel VIP Notifications in the November update. This feature will provide prioritized notifications for your VIP contacts, although it seems to be currently limited to WhatsApp and Google Messages.
Pixel VIP was initially introduced with the June update and aims to highlight your favorite contacts. By tapping on them, you can view a summary of your interactions, including your most recent call and message, birthday details, shared location information, and more.
