AI is revolutionizing how small businesses operate, overcoming the stereotypes of being technology laggards. While they understand the importance of new technologies, they often lack the time, skills, and resources needed to fully embrace them. Additionally, concerns about security and privacy remain significant barriers to adoption. Despite these challenges, AI adoption among SMBs is on the rise, with only 18% having no plans to integrate AI into their operations.
