Curql Invests $4.5M in Trust & Will’s Series C Round

San Diego-based digital estate planning company, Trust & Will, has secured a $4.5 million investment from Curql as part of its Series C funding round.

The investment will be utilized to enhance the accessibility of estate planning services for credit union members across the United States.

Under the leadership of CEO and President, Nick Evens, Trust & Will offers a digital estate planning platform that enables users to create wills, trusts, healthcare directives, and other essential documents in compliance with state-specific laws. The platform focuses on providing a guided experience to assist families in planning for the future and safeguarding their legacies.

Currently, Trust & Will serves over 17,000 financial advisors and partners with more than 150 enterprise partners and financial institutions, including AARP, Fifth Third Bank, LPL Financial, UBS, and USAA.

With this latest investment, Trust & Will’s total Series C funding will exceed $32 million.
