nLighten recently made headlines with its latest move – the acquisition of a cutting-edge data center located in Émerainville, Paris. This strategic decision was fueled by oXya, a renowned provider of managed services and cloud solutions, particularly in the realm of SAP applications. The primary goal behind this acquisition is to solidify nLighten’s presence in one of Europe’s key digital hubs, thereby expanding their regional infrastructure offerings significantly.

Enhancing Presence in Paris

nLighten’s latest acquisition has positioned them as a major player in Paris, with the newly acquired Émerainville facility serving as their eighth site in France. With this addition, nLighten’s portfolio now extends to over 30 data centers spread across seven markets. Situated in the eastern cluster of Paris’s data centers, this facility is strategically located just a kilometer away from nLighten’s PAR1 site, ensuring seamless continuity and improved regional accessibility for their anchor customer, oXya.

Empowering Enterprise Clients

The expanded capacity resulting from this acquisition will be leveraged to serve enterprise clients through channel partners, aligning perfectly with nLighten’s retail strategy. Equipped with high-density, AI-ready configurations, the Émerainville facility is designed to offer scalable infrastructure that can evolve in tandem with the dynamic needs of customers. nLighten’s focus remains on delivering sustainable and interconnected solutions, tailored to meet the unique connectivity requirements of enterprises.

CEO’s Enthusiasm

Harro Beusker, the CEO and Co-Founder of nLighten, expressed his excitement about the acquisition, underscoring its significance in expanding the company’s footprint in France. He emphasized Paris’s status as a connectivity hub, highlighting the increased operational capacity it brings to their enterprise clients. By offering proximity and dual-site deployment options, this acquisition serves as a testament to nLighten’s commitment to building intelligent, eco-friendly infrastructure that supports Europe’s digital revolution.
