Sander will be taking over from the company’s Founder, Rabbi Rob Thomas, who is stepping down from his role. Despite his retirement, Rabbi Rob will remain involved on Team Cymru’s Board of Directors.

Bringing with him a wealth of experience in scaling businesses, Sander has a proven track record of driving growth and maximizing potential in various organizations. His strategic approach has led SaaS technology companies through periods of rapid expansion and success.
Prior to joining Team Cymru, Sander served as the CEO of Radiant Logic, where he oversaw four consecutive years of double-digit growth. He transformed the company into a high-performing entity backed by private equity, achieving a harmonious balance between growth and profitability. His previous role as CEO of Arxan Technologies also saw significant growth through market expansion and product innovation.
