Established back in 2010, the Data Centre Alliance (DCA) stands out as the premier UK Trade Association representing the entire data centre community. With a mission to be a reliable voice within the industry, the DCA facilitates the sharing and acquisition of knowledge, ensuring that decision-makers and the general public fully grasp the essential role data centres play in our increasingly digital world.

The urgency to attract a new generation of talent to replace this aging workforce has never been more critical. Mike’s expertise in talent acquisition and workforce development will play a pivotal role in supporting DCA initiatives aimed at tackling this challenge. In his role as a DCA Executive Board Member, Mike will also represent the association at various industry events throughout the year, fostering collaborations with existing partners and establishing new connections.
