New centres have been opened in Jönköping, Sweden; Straubenhardt, Germany; Sydney, Australia; and Sheffield, United Kingdom. These hubs aims to serve as an ecosystems where customers and partners can engage directly with nVent’s product lines including CADDY, ERICO, ERIFLEX, and HOFFMAN.
Robert van der Kolk, President for EMEA and APAC at nVent, emphasises the importance of these centres for customer relations. By facilitating direct interaction with its products, nVent seeks to offer practical guidance and support to customers.
These new centres are designed to support key verticals such as data centres, power utilities, and industrial sectors, showcasing the ability to customise solutions tailored to specific client needs. It seeks to provide an area where customers and partners can engage directly with the products through training.
nVent’s Jönköping centre in Sweden presents customisation services integrated with Design to Manufacturing (DTM) Software, providing live demos and immersive experiences through their DTM platform. This forms part of an interactive display area where visitors can engage with the PWA6000 wiring assistant.
Over in Sydney, Australia, the training hub allows a multitude of stakeholders to evaluate product efficiency, focusing primarily on the nVent CADDY and ILSCO products. This site increases both warehousing capacity and production capabilities to meet the increasing demand in electrical connection sectors.
nVent’s Straubenhardt site in Germany is designed for practical, hands-on training. Catering to up to 100 attendees, the centre is designed to be a dynamic space fostering learning, regularly updated to reflect the changing technology.
The Sheffield centre in the UK enhances localised service with panel shop automation solutions, using DTM software for more efficient, cost-effective panel assembly. Here, nVent brings products nearer to the customer, aiding in streamlined operations.
